The next 6 week Stress Resilience Boot Camp is scheduled for Thursday evenings beginning April 28th, 2016.

The 6-Week Stress Resilience Boot Camp is a program of six 90-minute classes designed to build on each other to support an integrative group process that transforms stress into a stress resilient lifestyle. Participants will learn strategies to transform stress so they can prioritize what fuels their energy. A guided mindfulness practice is experienced in each class. The new science of stress management will be integrated throughout this program to learn tools that manage stress and change mindset about habits and patterns to get unstuck. Each participant will learn how to create a plan for sustainable change.

Class is limited to 10-12 participants.
