In the Northern hemisphere these days are shorter, and the nights are longer. It is a natural time to become introspective to reflect on the year’s completion so we can harvest and integrate our experiences.

For the past several years I have been writing my memoire about stress. From my early days of integrative health coaching, I gravitated to help people to deal with their stress. When my “Stress Mastery” brand was developed formally into my website the branding expert pointed out “The only thing missing from this website are your credentials to document where you got your stress management training.” I laughed and told him truthfully that I was educated through the “School of Hard Knocks.” It was my own experience of learning to master my own stress response that I was able to create my programs that support individuals to learn a more productive stress response which has evolved into my Stress Mastery programs.

I’m proud to say that the key learning of my life journey with stress as my teacher and learning how to turn from a “Stress Junkie”  to become a Stress Mastery Coach is encapsulated in this book, sharing all that I know for others to grow with.
