Only 15 spots available for retreat

Together, Sara and Catherine offer this retreat as an opportunity for participants to step away from what is familiar–giving the body, mind and spirit a chance to be transformed.
Let’s have some fun!

Sara will bring her sacred Shamanic Ceremonial Experiences to the retreat . Catherine will guide the group in a variety of yoga classes, including time for Vipassana (guided) meditation.

Once again, the retreat will be held within the natural beauty of Saguaro Ranch Resort located on the Salt River just north of Saguaro Lake.    http://www.saguarolakeranch.com/

Sara Regester,  Integrative Health Coach has practiced nursing since the 1980s and completed her training as an Integrative Health Coach through Duke University.
Since 2003 Sara has been an apprentice studying shamanism based on ancient wisdom from indigenous cultures of North, Central and South America.  Sara has studied the patterns where one opens the door to disharmony and how to close the door to restore one back to balance.  Sara leads others in ceremonial experiences in order to transform and heal through alchemical rituals.

Catherine Genzler, E-RYT, is a National Yoga Alliance instructor.  After many years as co-owner of a local manufacturing company, Catherine has passionately taught yoga since 2004.  While an employer–and later-life college student–she structured her academic studies around learning about the primal relationships between self-image and productive behavior, eventually developing management and leadership workshops designed to support  her employees’ professional and personal development.

As a yoga instructor, Catherine draws from her business experiences, her ongoing yogic studies, and her fascination with anatomy and psychology to provide a foundation from which her students–much like her former employees– may make substantial behavioral, emotional, physical and spiritual shifts to ultimately realize their own authentic magnificence.
