How to Turn Stress into Success

In this lunch and learn Stress Reduction Program you will:

  • Participate in six 75-minute classes with dynamic interaction to learn how to reduce the impact of stress
  • Experience guided meditation to increase focus, relaxation and mindfulness
  • Explore value conflicts and competing priorities that trigger stress
  • Create an action plan to build resiliency to stress in a busy life
  • Learn the secret of how to change habits and lifestyle patterns in order to create life balance
  • Learn how to take stress resilience strategies into the community you serve

Each class is limited to 8-10 participants
Cost: $199 per person
Time: 11:30 AM-12:45 PM Bring your lunch
