I’m having a wonderful year so far in 2014 following the launch of Directions 4 Wellness. My Integrative Health Coaching Practice is growing steadily as a result of my meeting some amazing professionals through my networking connections. We share how we can all support one another through “cross pollination of referrals.”
What sets me apart, as a Health Coach, from other health coaches, is my ability to braid the complexity of medical knowledge (I am an experienced nurse) with an understanding of human nature and patterns (from my studies of an indigenous healing paradigm for the last 12 years).
