Will you choose an opportunity to GROW or will you choose STRESS?
Chaos is an essential ingredient of change.
Chaos is an opportunity to evolve and grow personally.
Chaos happens when you step into the unknown or unknowable. We are currently living in this reality every day.
Chaos will knock on your door every time you step outside of your comfort zone.
If you perceive that chaos is bad, and you resist change, you will go into stress.
If you are at the effect of stress by reacting to it, then you are contracting from and not expanding with the wave of change.
If you perceive chaos as an opportunity from Spirit to grow, then you can personally grow from the confrontation that chaos brings to you which will increase your measure of self-worth.
An increase in your measure will bring you more self-acceptance, self-deservement and self-love (aka feeling more secure and confident in yourself).
When you were learning to walk as a toddler, your stance and steps were very chaotic. You fell many times before you learned how to run across the yard.
When you were learning how to ride your bicycle without the training wheels, your peddling was very wobbly, and you fell over many times before you could ride down the street.
In these days, when you meet chaos and uncertainty with curiosity and an open mind, you can adopt a positive attitude towards chaos and be receptive to the change that is underfoot. This form of inquiry is when you ask yourself, “HOW will I meet this challenge?”
When you meet chaos and uncertainty with stress you will go into survival adaptability and fall into default reactions that may or may not work to support you in these changing times. You may ask “WHAT am I going to do?”
The key to chaos and change is to take responsibility for your own actions. To take responsibility for your happiness, for your truth, for your personal values and priorities that may be at stake.
Going into blame or waiting to be rescued is not allowing you to push your free will by choosing how you will align with the change energy, how you will take decisive action for yourself. A willingness to accept your weakness as well as your strengths with humility. To allow yourself to make mistakes so you can get the lesson. Intention to stretch yourself to be the learner and to stay relaxed and receptive in your mind so you can hear the inner wise intuitive voice that will guide you to creative problem solving with a flexible attitude so you can pivot and try a new attitude and approach to meet what is confronting you as chaos.
The image at the top of the page demonstrates how chaos and change are really part of the cycle of all life.
We are collectively living in a major change cycle for humanity on the planet.
The dandelion seed floats randomly carried in the wind from seed to earth, plant and seed. It goes through the many phases of change and growth from a seed to a spouted seedling into a plant then to a bud that blossoms and returns to seed again. This cycle is happening to you every day of your life whether it is your skin cells, your relationship with someone or your economic reality and even with the planet you live on.
